Date: March 14-15, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday)
Pool: Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton, 4994 Market Street SE, Calgary AB
Host Club: Nose Creek Swim Club
Swimmers Attending: Jag Gold, Jag Gold Blue, Jag Blue and Championships* (* Saturday for all of Championship group and Sunday is optional for those not competing in Provincial Trials or Provincial Championships).

Saturday, March 14 Session 1 (Timed Finals )
Warm up: 8:00 AM Start: 8:45 AM
Saturday, March 14 Session 2 (Timed Finals)
Warm up: 2:00 PM Start: 2:45 PM
Sunday, March 15 Session 3 (Timed Finals)
Warm up: 8:00 AM Start: 8:45 AM
Sunday, March 15 Session 4 (Timed Finals)
Warm up: 2:00 PM Start: 2:45 PM
**Please be on deck 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-up
Meet Entry Fees: $18.00 per event
Equipment: Bring all your Cascade Team Equipment to wear
Confirmation Deadline: Friday, February 13, 2026 8:00 PM
By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses.
