Dear Member,
The Cascade Swim Club is excited to let you know about a free clinic offering this weekend at the Brookfield YMCA pool at Seton.
Brent Hayden, Olympic medalist, world champion and current Canadian Record Holder, will be running an athlete development clinic for all Cascade competitive members this Sunday after the swim meet (see attached flyer).
Swimmers will be divided into their competitive groups in order to accommodate everyone:
10-1130 AM OW & JAG Gold
1230-2 PM Performance
2-330 PM Championship
4-530 PM JAG Blue & JAG White
All families must declare their swimmer here so we can prepare for attendance numbers.You will be declaring your swimmer correlating to the time slots above.
